Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out what you may and may not do when using karenlee's website, applications and services. It supplements our Terms of Service.
1. You may
- Browse the website and applications for lawful, personal or business purposes;
- Quote short excerpts of public content with attribution and a link;
- Contact us with feedback, accessibility reports or security disclosures;
- Use our published code samples under their stated open-source licences.
2. You may not
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, account or network;
- Probe, scan or test the vulnerability of any system without prior written consent;
- Send unsolicited bulk communications, spam or pyramid schemes via our contact channels;
- Upload or transmit malware, viruses, worms, trojans or other harmful code;
- Use automated tools to scrape, mirror or index our content at a rate that degrades performance;
- Impersonate karenlee, our employees or other users;
- Use our applications to harass, threaten, defame, dox or stalk any person;
- Use our applications to publish child sexual abuse material, terrorist content, or content that incites violence;
- Use our applications to violate any export-control or sanctions law;
- Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble our applications beyond what applicable law expressly permits;
- Remove or alter copyright, trademark, attribution or other proprietary notices.
3. Vulnerability disclosure
If you believe you have found a security vulnerability, please email help@karenlee.online with subject "Security disclosure" and a description that lets us reproduce it. Please do not publicly disclose the vulnerability until we have had a reasonable opportunity to remediate (target: 90 days). We do not currently offer a paid bug bounty but we credit reporters by name with permission.
4. AI training
You may not use this website, our applications or any output produced by them to train, fine-tune, evaluate or develop any artificial intelligence, machine-learning model or large language model without our prior written consent. Automated agents must respect robots.txt directives and standard rate limits. We reserve all rights with respect to text and data mining under Article 4 of EU Directive 2019/790.
5. Enforcement
We may suspend or terminate access for any violation. Serious or repeated violations may be reported to law enforcement, hosting providers, or Apple. We may preserve and disclose information about violations as required by law.
6. Reporting violations
Email help@karenlee.online with a description and any evidence. We aim to acknowledge reports within two business days.
